Thrown Projects

The organic nature of clay has inspired physiological forms that suggest body parts and atomic structures. Through the use of basic units and cross-referencing ceramic history I use thrown cylinders, basic units of pottery, as a starting point for unfired, temporary installations to explore production, material process and interconnectedness.
